Hilton Introduces Signia Hilton - First Hotels Land in Indianapolis & Atlanta

Hilton announced a new brand today. In fact it’s the company’s 17th brand. Meet Signia Hilton, a brand that Hilton hopes will redefine the meeting and event space.

Signia Hilton hotels will be upscale, but not full on luxury. So essentially they will be positioned between the traditional Hilton brand and the luxury brands of Conrad and Waldorf Astoria.

You’ll find plenty of common space and work areas at Signia hotels. Plus Signia's ballrooms, restaurants, bars, lobbies and guestrooms will be designed "so groups of any size can optimize work time and collaboration time and spark their most innovative thinking," Hilton said. The brand will focus on urban and resort markets worldwide.

Signia Hotels will also feature modern, grander spaces for big meetings. And the hotels will feature plenty of natural light along with indoor and outdoor spaces that will “wow meeting attendees”. Technology will also be a focal point of Signia Hotels with wireless charge stations, 5G connectivity, digital whiteboards and connected rooms.

Signia's first hotel will open in Orlando, following a conversion of the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. New built Signia Hotels are slated for Atlanta and Indianapolis. The Signia Hilton Atlanta will have between 900 and 1,000 rooms while the Signia Hilton Indianapolis will feature 815 rooms.

Like other Hilton brands, Signia will be part of the Hilton Honors program. That means you’ll be able to earn and redeem points at the properties in addition to having access to elite benefits like free breakfast and room upgrades.
