WHERE TO EAT

Yuki Yama Sushi: Yuki Yama Sushi is located in the heart of Old Town on Main Street in Park City. They offer some of the freshest seasonal fish possible, which is flown in from both the East and West Coast daily. Yuki Yama's menu consists of traditional Japanese sushi, sashimi, maki and noodle dishes. The sushi at Yuki Yama is hands down some of the best we've had. But this place is hopping most evenings. And you'll definitely want to try and secure a reservation ahead of a time.

Versante Hearth + Bar: The Versante Hearth + Bar located in the Park City Peaks Hotel features handcrafted, hearth-baked pizzas and street breads, innovative pastas, and Chef specialties in addition to local craft beers, wines and cocktails. And while the pasta was delicious, the balsamic glazed brussel sprouts were some of the best we've ever tasted.....ever.

They serve up a menu that screams nourishment almost as loudly as it does flavor, where dishes are crafted from the best in local and seasonal produce. And the owners, originally from Australia, create dishes with a definitive nod to the famed Australian foodie culture from where they hail. The brunch we had at Five5eeds was incredible. And this is a place that should definitely be on your list to check out.

WHAT TO DO

St. Regis Deer Valley - Cocktails At The Mountain Terrace: The St. Regis Deer Valley sits mountainside. You can only access the resort by funicular. And it's a fun experience to take the funicular up the hillside to enjoy cocktails on the outdoor patio at the St. Regis Deer Valley's Mountain Terrace.

Homestead Crater: Just a twenty minute drive from Park City, take a dip in one of the most unique activities you’ll ever experience in your lifetime. The Homestead Crater is a geothermal spring hidden within a 55-foot tall, beehive-shaped limestone rock located on the Homestead property. Over 10,000 years in the making, The Crater formed when melting snow on the Wasatch Mountains seeped deep within the earth. Two miles below the surface, the earth’s interior heated the water. As it percolated upward, it picked up minerals, which were then deposited on the surface -- eventually forming the volcano-shaped limestone deposit called The Homestead Crater.
